The Alex Adam Gallery - a Harlem Based Gallery and Studio Space Promoting and Supporting Contemporary Artists.

The newly established Alex Adam Gallery is a unique combination of exhibition space and working studio in a lovingly-restored brownstone in Harlem’s Morris Park Historical District.

The Alex Adam Gallery serves both as an exhibition space to present works of members of New York City’s vibrant art community and as working studio space to five contemporary artists, who are the gallery's Artists in Residence.

Twenty percent of all work the gallery shows goes to support the Alex Adam Foundation, a New York not-for profit organization to support emerging artists in memory of Alex Adam a young artist and writer who had a vision of living and working in an arts community in Harlem. He died of cancer in his 23rd year before he could realize his dream. The gallery is proud to carry forward in his spirit.
